july calendar (finally)

July 5, 2010

And we’re back! Internet is up and running again. I got the Comcast guy to cut the extra 18 feet of cable that has been hanging out behind our cable box since the first guy came.  And the July calendar is finally up for the world to see. All is right in the world.

I’ve lately been inspired by summer nights, elements of which you’ll see in the july calendar.  I also owe a thanks to my very dear friend’s three-year-old son who just discovered this year – for the first time – lightening bugs. The thrill of seeing lightening bugs through a three-year-old’s eyes is enough to remind you not to take for granted the simple things in life. Isn’t that what summer is all about?

I hope you enjoy.

Download the calendar here.

As always, here are some tips to get your calendar looking just right:

– Check the “scale to fit” box if any of your printer margin settings are off.

– Use a paper cutter to get those oh-so-straight lines.

– Use twine, string, tape and a holepunch to hang it how ever you think looks best.
